Bitumen membrane with a polyester reinforcement and with APAO modified bitumen
IZOTEKT P5 APAO is used for single- or double-layer waterproofing against moisture in the soil. It is also used for double-layer waterproofing against ground water (hydrostatic pressure), for double-layer waterproofing of flat roofs under load, for double-layer waterproofing of terraces and balconies (under the subfloor construction or floors) and for the first layer in double-layer waterproofing of flat roofs without a load (underneath the membrane with schist aggregate). It is made of a dimensionally reinforced polyester carrier coated with bitumen, and modified with APAO plastomers. Both sides of the membrane are covered by a thin thermofusible film to prevent sticking.
