Personal data protection

At FRAGMAT TIM d.o.o., we handle your data in accordance with the laws and regulations on protection of personal data, in particular in accordance with the applicable Slovenian Personal Data Protection Act, Slovenian Electronic Communications Act and the EU General Data Protection Regulation. As data controller, FRAGMAT TIM d.o.o. informs data subjects of all relevant information regarding their personal data.

FRAGMAT TIM obtains personal data about data subjects from a variety of sources. In most cases, data subjects provide us with personal data directly, but we also obtain it at different events, through seminar registrations and newsletter subscriptions.

FRAGMAT TIM stores and protects personal data so that there are no unjustified disclosures of data to unauthorised persons. At FRAGMAT TIM, we undertake not to disclose, lend or sell personal data to third parties without prior notice, without obtaining your consent and without adequate safeguards, and to process personal data only within the framework of legitimate legal bases and for the stated purposes.

Purposes of personal data processing

As part of our activities at FRAGMAT TIM, we collect and process your personal data when you register for our events or send us a question on our website or via email. In these cases, we process your ID and personal contact data for the purposes of providing our services.

Withdrawal of data subject’s consent

Consent given for the purposes specified in the consent shall remain valid until withdrawn. Once data subjects revoke their consent, FRAGMAT TIM will no longer use their data for the purposes for which the consent has been withdrawn.

If data subjects wish to withdraw consent, they may do so by sending an email to info@fragmat.si or in writing to the registered office of the company; the withdrawal option is also provided in every email we send. Withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of processing of personal data based on consent before this consent was withdrawn.

Customer rights

FRAGMAT TIM ensures that data subjects whose personal data is processed can exercise the following rights:

• the right to access personal data collected in relation to them;
• the right to rectification – the right to have inaccurate personal data relating to them rectified by FRAGMAT TIM without undue delay;
• the right to erasure – the right to have personal data relating to them erased by FRAGMAT TIM without undue delay.

By accessing the website, you agree that you have read and agree to all of the aforementioned Terms and Conditions. Anything not covered by these Rules shall be governed by applicable law.
