The FRAGMAT-Group operates in accordance with the guidelines of an established and certified management system based on standards ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015. The management system includes the requirements of ISO 45001:2018; gradually we also include other requirements of the automotive industry (IATF 16949:2016), as we are becoming a more prominent supplier for the automotive industry with our EPS and EPP products. The management system of the Fragmat-Group covers all activities necessary to ensure the quality of our products and services and the successful operations of the Group in accordance with regulatory requirements, legislation and objectives and is focused on meeting the needs and expectations of our customers, employees, shareholders and of the environment.
The adequacy and effectiveness of the management system is regularly checked by internal audits, external audits by the Slovenian Institute for Quality (SIQ) and numerous judgements by customers and other supervisory institutions such as ZAG LjubljanaFIW Munich and the like.

In the Fragmat-Group quality, environmental management and employee health and safety are an integral part of the management of the group. Our strategic goals are focused on getting the satisfaction of our owners, customers, employees and of the environment in which we operate. We want to ensure the continued development of the companies, contribute to reducing energy consumption, improve our living environment, reduce the impact on nature and to maintain the health of our employees by providing safety at work. Code of Business Conduct

In its policies and daily business practices, FRAGMAT TIM adheres to principles and standards in compliance with legislation, as well as key values such as health and safety, integrity, social responsibility and respect for others. These values are the foundation of the FRAGMAT group management policy.

The FRAGMAT TIM’s Code of Business Conduct (CoC) is a set of standards of good conduct that applies to all employees and management of FRAGMAT TIM.

It was designed to guide employees and managers in carrying out their day-to-day business duties.

We expect the same high standard of professional conduct from all our suppliers who do business with FRAGMAT TIM and its employees.


FRAGMAT TIM produces high-quality construction, insulation, packaging and other products from expanded polystyrene (EPS), expanded polypropylene (EPP) and bitumen. This is accomplished by constantly checking the quality of the products and by improving their properties. For this purpose two laboratories are working within the company on research on EPS and EPP products and products that are bitumen-based. The adequacy of supervision of control procedures is monitored by external monitoring institutions, such as ZAG Ljubljana and FIW Munich.
